We design to the house, not from a catalog
Folsom's newer master-planned neighborhoods and its older acreage lots pull in two directions stylistically, and a good gate commits to one. A Mediterranean elevation wants heavier scrollwork, arched or cambered top rails, and a finish that reads as forged iron. A Craftsman home wants cleaner verticals, exposed structure, and often wood or composite cladding over a steel frame so the gate echoes the porch and garage doors rather than fighting them. Because the drive rises, we'd hang the leaves to open inward-downhill so they clear. Where an HOA is involved, the finished drawing goes for approval first; the gate is then built to those exact dimensions in our shop, and installation ties into the existing pillars with a UL 325-listed operator and the required monitored entrapment-protection devices — photo-eyes and/or gate edges — for the application, plus battery backup for outages.

We size the operator to the gate's real weight and daily cycle count and install a UL 325-listed operator with the required monitored entrapment-protection devices — such as photo-eyes and/or gate edges — for the application, while the gate itself is built to the ASTM F2200 standard for gate construction. Operators come from LiftMaster, DoorKing (DKS), HySecurity and Viking, all lines our team is factory-trained on, so the choice is matched to your gate rather than to whatever a supplier stocked. Entry hardware — keypad, video intercom, phone-app control, transmitters — is planned into the pillar and conduit layout at design time.
