Working alongside the home’s construction process, our team designed, fabricated, and installed a complete access control and perimeter fencing system that enhances both security and the modern architectural style of the property.

From the initial stages of the project, DC Controls installed all gate posts, structural components, and perimeter fencing, creating the foundation for a fully integrated entrance system. The project features a custom single swing vehicle gate with a clean, modern design that seamlessly integrates into the property’s overall aesthetic. The gate is automated with a LiftMaster RSW12UL swing gate operator, providing smooth and dependable operation for everyday use. The system is equipped with all required monitored safety devices, entrapment protection equipment, remote controls, and keypad access solutions to ensure both convenience and compliance with current safety standards.

In addition to the swing gate, DC Controls fabricated and installed a custom sliding driveway gate designed to match the vehicle and pedestrian access points throughout the property. The sliding gate is powered by a LiftMaster RSL12UL slide gate operator and includes a complete safety package, remote transmitters, and keypad access controls, providing secure and convenient property access.

A matching pedestrian gate was also installed and outfitted with a keypad lever lock, allowing secure entry while maintaining the clean, modern appearance established throughout the project.
